"WHAT AN AMAZING VACATION!!! When I started planning this trip, I wasn’t thinking about how pampered I was going to be. Usually when we go on vacation, I am always the one cooking and taking care of everyone. This trip by far is the best ever! My entire family was in awe of the house, the area and the views! We had such a magnificent time just relaxing in the pool or playing games that we did not have a care in the world. A huge shout out to the following folks: Monica – you were so easy to talk to and very responsive. Thank you so much for assisting me in ironing out all the logistics for our stay. Primitivo – thank you for cleaning the pool, maintaining the house to the excellent level that it was. Thank you for carrying our bags on the water taxi and onto the vehicles. Angeles and Priscilla – thank you for the amazing and delicious breakfast and lunch you served. We never had a bad meal during our stay. Aracela and Priscilla – thank you for keeping our rooms and the common areas clean. Thank you ever so much for washing out clothes as well! Giovani – thank you for taking such great care of us and for all the drinks you served us throughout our stay. Thank you for also assisting Primitivo with our luggage’s. Juan and Gael – thank you for the most incredible dinners and desserts that we have ever tasted. It was absolutely magnificent! Luis – thank you for all the drinks and for taking care of us during out stay. Your suggestions made our decision making so much easy! Miguel – thank you for keeping us safe while we slept at night. All of you truly went above and beyond what was expected and my entire family was so relaxed during our stay. We are definitely coming back and asking for you all to take care of us once again! "

"Best Vacation Ever! This was our 4th year going to Playasola. It is wonderful every year. I love working with Monica while scheduling the trip and getting everything set up. The staff at Playasola is amazing!!! We had Juan, Luis, Rudy and Angeles and their helpers. They create amazing meals and make you feel pampered!! "This was our second stay at Playasola. It was every bit as perfect as our first. Maybe even better because we were more comfortable with the Villa and the staff. The planning process with Monica at MyFavoriteVillas was very smooth. In addition to all of the 'adult' planning, we brought our 3 year old grandson along. Monica connected with a local kids store to have a kids bed and other 3 year old necessities delivered to the Villa in advance. Transportation from the airport went exactly as planned. The staff was waiting on the beach with Margaritas, chips, and guacamole. Dinner was also ready to go as we arrived in the early evening. The staff was exceptional. Our cooks catered to our every request and prepared meals the equal of anywhere in Puerto Vallarta. From lobster to fresh fish to Mexican specialties. The on-site villa managers catered to all of our needs. Service at the Villa exceeded our expectations. Playasola also includes housekeeping and additional security which are very efficient and attentive. Those not familiar with vacationing in Mexico often ask about safety. We vacation in Mexico regularly and have always felt as safe as we feel in our Southern California home. But just as an extra layer of safety, Playasola does provide on-site security from sunset to sunrise. We will definitely be back. The planning, arrival, accommodations, and staff are all top notch. Playasola gets a big ole 10 from us."

"We just visited Playasola for my son’s graduation get away and it was honestly the absolute best vacation we have ever been on. From the minute we pulled up to the property and were greeted with margaritas we knew we were on vacation and we were ready for it to begin. The staff at the house is incredible and extremely friendly and helpful. No request is too big for them and they go out of their way to accommodate each and every thing we asked for. The authentic food the chefs make was delicious and we found ourselves waiting for the next meal. If you are thinking of traveling to Puerto Vallara I highly recommend visiting Playasola. We will be back and cant wait to do so! "

"From beginning to end this trip was one dreams are made of. The house is definitely beautiful but the Staff is really what put the whole trip over the top. I will request every single one of them in the future. The day and afternoon/evening staff were so attentive , helpful and really did not let us lift a finger. Our beds were always kept with fresh linens and the same went for our bathrooms , pool and beach towels. The food was unbelievably delicious; both Sandra and Juan created the perfect menus for us from Breakfast , Lunch , snacks and Dinner. Juan , our evening chef, provided us 5 star dining with a Varity of courses and the best food I have eaten in a long time. We are all foodies and could not have been happier. Luis and Chico were amazing! Both of the guys were so friendly , extremely attentive and went over an beyond to assist us with our Party décor , birthday arrangements and any other request we had. We enjoyed lunch a few times down by the water and our breakfast was served pool side at the outdoor dining table. The whole staff helped us when we had to jump on the Panga boats for a taxi ride to Yelapa or brining us lunch and pitchers of Margaritas down to the all fresco dining room , they were always happy to assist us with a smile. Chivo was always there to lend a helping hand when needed. We did not want to leave and plan on coming back every year to our new home away from home. Thank you so much for your help with booking our few excursions. The Hats were fantastic and everyone enjoyed the Tequila Tasting. Next time we will probably not book any excursions and just stay at the house because we seriously had that much fun. I have attached a few pictures just so you can get a feel of how amazing this experience was for us. It was my great pleasure to work with both of you. I appreciate all of the emails and back and forth , especially leading up to the day we left. From the moment we were picked up to when we arrived on the shore of Playasola , everything flowed together perfectly without any hiccup. We all felt extremely safe and very well taken care of."

"First of all I would just like to say our group had an amazing time, we are not a tough bunch to please but we were all very satisfied with Playasola. Your villa is absolutely beautiful, the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The towels were soft and ample was available at both the pool and beach. All our meals were very delicious and the presentation was great. We certainly didn't starve. All the staff on hand did an amazing job making our stay comfortable tending to our every need. Even going out of their way to try and find me a certain cough medicine to some nail polish for someone else. We really lucked out on the weather it was excellent. We utilized the tennis court. The volleyball court was a little overgrown and could have used some TLC otherwise we would have used that too. We will definitely share our experience with friends and family and are all planning to return in 2017. Thank you and your staff for providing us with a great vacation."

"AMAZING ... exceeded our expectations! I will definitely be going back to Playasola. As for Playasola .... it looks EXACTLY like the pictures. It is sprawling, immaculate, gorgeous, with lovely, helpful, kind staff. Juan Lois, Sandra, the nighttime chef (I forget his name) ... delicious food, attentive staff. We could not have asked for more. Favorite activity/service: we had daily massages and they were FANTASTIC. Outside in the cabana, listening to the ocean ... they were amazing. We also had a guest with dietary restrictions -- soy, gluten and lactose free -- and she was accommodated at every meal and enjoyed every meal."

"Sadly we are back from Playasola having dodged the wrath of hurrican Odile. I'm not sure how this is possible, but the villa exceeded our high expectations. Like I mentioned we have viewed it from a passing panga the past couple of years so we knew the location was awesome, but once inside we found that the construction, furnishings, and amenities were also impeccable. We marveled and wondered about the effort it much have taken to build such a place in that remote location. Of course what made our stay so relaxing and decompressing was the attentive, friendly, and professional staff. They were all top notch. Luis was the true ambassador of Playasola. He was knowledgeable and helped us decide on and arrange activities such as massages and fishing. He also shared helpful information about Puerto Vallarta, Las Animas, Playasola, and your other properties such as Casa La Vista. As a bonus we were never thirsty when Luis was around. I don't want to take anything away from anyone else because they were all wonderful, but Luis is who we came to rely on the most and he really made us feel at home. I have to mention that Juan also got to know our preferences and cooked phenomenal meals. We spent a good amount of time scheming about return visits (with and without kids) so I look forward to working with you when we figure out some dates. Thanks for providing a wonderful location, villa and staff!"

"My husband and I arranged a family vacation at your PVR villa, Playasola, and had the BEST vacation!! Thank you for thinking about the wide range of personalities which would visit your beautiful vacation home. This was the first vacation we've been able to take since our three sons have become adults and we had a very small window of planning because our youngest had to return to West Point Academy in less than 30 days. It was an easy 3 1/2 hour flight to PVR from SFO. My husband and I have traveled all over the world and he said it was by far, his best vacation. We loved the privacy and the fact that we had everything there; we had no reason to leave. With 10 people in our party (my sister and her family stayed in the casita), we never felt crowded. We tremendously enjoyed the private beach; the only day we didn't get in the beach water was the first day due to our late arrival (but we were definitely in the infinity pool that night). Also, your staff is absolutely wonderful. There was a big storm one night which took out the electricity (part of the night and morning in the main house and all night in the casita). Your staff made sure they did everything to make us comfortable. My husband and I were expecting to eat a light breakfast due to the power outage but somehow, Luis and his staff cooked and served us the full breakfast as though nothing happened (the pancakes and french toast was awesome). Playasola is a winner!!"

"Juan was excellent, friendly, accommodating, willing to try new things. The quality and presentation of his food was our best experience in a PV villa. Luis deserves personal accolades. He is a tremendous asset to the house - bright, helpful, polished, willing to do just about anything to make our stay great. Playasola is very different because of its location -- but it was not as isolated at it seemed. We took a water taxi to PV Playa Los Muertos, Playa Boca de Tomatlan, jet skied off our personal beach, and walked the trail to Playa los Animas. The unique feature of walking every morning to your own tennis court and gym and having your own private beach was truly awesome - truly an experience. We will be back soon."
