The main house is the center of the estate, with the pool in front of it and the beach beyond. Enter into the large two-story foyer with genuine onyx flooring and a grand staircase leading to the second living level. On the main floor is the large living room with floor to ceiling glass enclosures for a/c comfort opening out to a pergola-covered sun terrace. The living room has a working fire place and wet bar. The dining room with McGuire seating is flanked by a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line appliances, hosted by an experienced chef. Divans and sun lounges beckon to relax overlooking the heated swimming pool which abuts the sandy beach beyond. A furnished Palapa invites outdoor dining. The bedrooms upstairs have a balcony and ocean view. Each bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The property features lush tropical plantings, a bridge over a moat with Koi in a pond. The villa has its own a/c home cinema to enjoy your own movies or those kept in the villa's library.
