"This is an amazing property. The views, the pool area, the living room, the balconies, the bedrooms and baths...all exceeded our expectations. Perfectly situated, the house allowed us the option of staying 'on compound' or heading into town or to the beach without much effort at all. Most of all, the staff was simply the best. Walter prepared excellent meals for us each and every day. Isabel was a delight and did a great job keeping the house spotless. And, Humberto, always laughing, met our every need. The suggestion that we would be so expertly taken care of was a reality we truly appreciated. I would would recommend Villa Encantada -- to anyone considering a PV holiday. Ben B. "Cabs came within 5 minutes and the fares very reasonable. Short walk to beach, was great. Umberto hooked us up with snorkeling and fishing at the bay which was awesome. We even caught a few fish!! We went on the Canopy Tour - zip lining which was a great adventure and we highly recommend it. Walters cooking was amazing, the best we have every tasted! Everything was great and everyone we met was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much "

"Sunset from The Patio at Villa Encantada Following our relaxing evenings on the patio, we retired to our luxurious beds. The beds plus the soft tropical night breeze provided me some of the best sleep I've ever had. Over the course of our stay, the unexpected part for all of us was that our wonderful houseman, Humberto, our sweet hardworking housekeeper, Isabel, and Walter, our effervescent cook extraordinaire became like family to us. We all came to realize that this feeling was not something that you could easily achieve with a hotel staff. "Villa Encantada Pool Area in the Day and Night Anxious to look around, we had Humberto give us a quick tour of the villa. We had lucked out—the villa actually looked like the pictures—maybe better! The colors were gorgeous, the villa was open and airy, and the views were impressive. All five bedroom suites had access to balconies and outdoor areas. The main floor had a large cantera stone deck area with a beautiful pool and spa tub. The windows, doors, and closets were made out of a rich Mexican hardwood and the floors and columns were all cantera stone. Large, colorful artwork decorated walls throughout the villa and the décor was consistently designer quality. The bathrooms had striking stonework and large open showers. We were ten happy amigos!"

"I just wanted to send you a note and let you know that we had a wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta. Villa Encantada was even more beautiful than the pictures!! All of us were impressed by the home and the wonderful staff there. The weather was perfect, sunny and warm every day. we were VERY happy with the Villa, especially the staff. Alex, Walter and Isabelle were wonderful!! Thank you again for all your help this was truly an amazing experience for all of us and we hope to return to Puerto Vallarta again some day soon. "

"Got back from our trip on Saturday - hated to leave. I wanted to let both of you know how perfect our vacation was. Helga, your suggestion of Villa Encantada after we had gone through SOOOO MANY other houses was perfect. Working with you was an absolute joy. Thanks for all the work in getting things set up for us - it went perfectly. The staff was outstanding as well. Walter was a great cook, Isabella took great care of our needs and helped out with breakfast each day. Alex took care of our every whim from fishing, dining or shopping (and true to form each day, our plans changed at least three times over breakfast!). I cannot say enough about the quality of the property or the people we met. We cannot wait to get back! Thanks again for everything! "
